2023 APERA Online Symposium
Our 2023 Online Symposium was held on 23 June, 2023 as part of our 30th Anniversary celebrations. The Symposium was an 'Open Access' forum.
The keynote speaker was Dr. Dominic McLoughlin, with over 20 years' experience in Leadership and People Management as a consultant, academic and author. Dominic spoke on the topic Perception matters in practice: The different mindset, motivation and behaviour of the best and worst managers.
The symposium welcomed our first papers in the disciplines of Information Technology and Systems, in addition to papers in Law, Management, HRM/Employment Relations and Teaching/Learning/Education
The success of the Symposium has led to the Apera Executive making the Online Symposium an annual event, replacing the previous Webinar series.
